R2 expands the buying and selling power of the GemEx System into an easy to use application for the retail jeweler.
With the R2 selling system, jewelers have the ability to…
· Show and compare diamonds and each diamonds' beauty to their customers in an interactive and engaging manner
· Follow-up with potential customers after the initial store visit
· Send a customized email or text message showing a diamond’s brilliance, fire and sparkle certification so the consumer can later review the diamonds he/she is interested in on a computer or mobile phone
· Track how many times the customer has revisited the diamonds online
R2 is designed for Apple’s iPad. In addition, these certificates are also available on any computer or internet tablet. GemEx introduced the R2 system at the June JCK show.
GemEx will continue to provide printed certificates but their customers can now choose electronic certificates with R2. R2 features the paperless GemEx Certificate along with live and interactive images from GemEx Live Report. With the paperless certificate, suppliers and retailers will be able to go green by reducing the amount of paper with each diamond. They are also able to save time and money by eliminating certificate printing and delivery along with lost reports and reprints.
Whether printed or paperless, each and every GemEx Certificate is produced from the results of the BrillianceScope® Analyzer. The patented GemEx BrillianceScopeÒ Analyzer measures individual diamonds for brilliance, fire and sparkle. Once the diamond measurements are approved by GemEx Quality Assurance Managers, the certificate is issued for each diamond.
With the new electronic certificate, GemEx Certificates are now available on the iPad as well as any mobile phone, website and Facebook page.
